Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern product sales made on the Shavy website, operated by Shavy..
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of viewing.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are quoted in dollars ($).
They are displayed inclusive of all taxes (TTC) where VAT applies, or exclusive of VAT if the company benefits from the VAT exemption scheme under Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
Delivery costs are indicated prior to final order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Ordering
An order is considered final after:
* validation of the shopping cart;
* confirmation of payment;
* sending of a confirmation email to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online via the methods offered on the Shopify store (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or any other available method).
Payments are secured through the payment providers used by Shopify.
Orders are shipped only after payment has been fully validated.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. The seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, *force majeure*, or events beyond its control.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
The product must be returned in its original condition—complete, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return costs are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt and verification of the returned products.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply (e.g., personalized products, perishable goods, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, digital content, etc.).
Article 8 – Warranties
Products are covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects as provided for in Articles L.217-3 *et seq.* of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Any claim must be submitted to Customer Service, accompanied by photographs or any evidence demonstrating the defect.
Article 9 – Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, use not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, or *force majeure*.
Article 10 – Personal data
Data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order management, customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.
It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All elements present on the website (texts, photographs, logos, illustrations, videos, graphics, etc.) remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

Article 13 – Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution.
Failing such an agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Article 14 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
